Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead comprehensive client engagements, from opportunity identification to the delivery of advanced solutions, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
- Analyze client requirements and deploy strategic DevOps solutions that align with overarching business objectives.
- Guide clients in their journey towards cloud adoption and advanced technology strategies, promoting an innovative outlook on IT.
- Collaborate closely with client development teams, maintaining transparency throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Craft innovative solutions, design architecture, and create proof of concepts to illustrate the benefits of digital transformation initiatives.
- Partner with the Project Management Office (PMO) to guarantee that project delivery aligns with established timelines, budgets, and scopes.
- Contribute to the creation of content for marketing and partner initiatives, including sales collateral, blog posts, podcasts, and workshops.
- Mentor junior team members, nurturing their professional growth and development.
- Stay abreast of industry trends through continued education and participation in relevant technology events.
Required Skills
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Experience in designing and managing Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) Enterprise or Anthos Clusters.
- Proficient in container and Kubernetes security practices.
- Expertise in implementing HashiCorp Vault Enterprise for secure secret management and access control in complex environments.
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in configuring, deploying, and managing container orchestration platforms, including Kubernetes, EKS, OCP, GKE, and AKS.
- At least 2 years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IAC), automation, and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Octopus Deploy, AWS Config, and Azure Automation.
- Hands-on experience with secrets management solutions, including KMS and HSMs.
- Proficient in source control management tools, including Git, GitHub, and GitLab.
- Familiarity with API management platforms such as Apigee-X, Postman, AWS API Gateway, and Azure API Management.
- Strong background in both cloud and on-premise technical infrastructure, encompassing systems design, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Proven experience in Software Reliability Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a DevOps capacity.
- Demonstrable success in delivering complex projects.
- Proficiency in coding and scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, Perl, Bash, and TypeScript.
